These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Cut Fantasy (“The Cut,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use The Cut. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
Your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not harass other members or misuse league communication features.
Leagues, dues & payments
The Cut is a platform for organizing and playing fantasy golf leagues. Any dues, entry fees, prizes, or head-to-head wagers are arranged and settled directly between league members and their commissioner. The Cut does not collect, hold, process, or distribute these funds and is not a party to them. Payment tracking features are provided for convenience and record-keeping only. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to your league’s activities.
Communications
By using the service you agree to receive account and league-related communications. Email and SMS notifications are governed by your notification preferences, our Privacy Policy, and (for text messages) our SMS Terms & Conditions.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Scores, standings, and data are provided for entertainment and may contain errors or delays. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
