Program description
The Cut Fantasy sends account and league-related text notifications to members who opt in. Messages may include lineup reminders, injury and field alerts, tournament results and standings, dues reminders, head-to-head challenge activity, and other league updates tied to your fantasy golf participation. This is a notification program, not a marketing program.
How you opt in
You opt in by selecting “SMS” or “Email & SMS” as your notification preference and providing your mobile number in your account or league settings. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of participating in any league. You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your leagues and activity (for example, around tournament lock times and results). You may receive recurring messages.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts unless you opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@thecutfantasy.com.
- You can also turn SMS off anytime by changing your notification preference in your account or league settings.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
